FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR VIP WINE CLUB

Q. How many bottles do I have to buy and how much does it cost?

A. You may buy 3, 6 or 12 bottles with 3 bottles delivered monthly ($27) and 6 and 12 bottles delivered every 3 months (6 - $48 AND 12 - $84).


Q. What if I no longer want to be a member? Are there penalties? A. You may discontinue your membership in ANTHONY D’OR VIP WINE CLUB whenever you wish simply by contacting us via email at customerservice@anthonydor.com. There are no penalties or fees for cancelling.


Q. What if I have a friend who would like to join? A. We welcome new members to ANTHONY D’OR VIP WINE CLUB. If you have a friend who might enjoy becoming a member, contact us. If your friend does join, we will send you a free gift. Click here to refer your friend to the Anthony D’Or VIP Wine Club.


Q. Can I put my monthly shipments on hold when I go on vacation? A. To delay or skip a shipment simply email to customerservice@anthonydor.com. You will not be billed for wine which you do not receive.


Q. Will you provide my email address to other companies? A. ANTHONY D’OR VIP WINE CLUB does not share, rent, or disclose your email address to other companies, with the exception of our shippers, which use your email address to send you important tracking information.


Q. Will you provide my postal address to other companies? A. ANTHONY D’OR VIP WINE CLUB does not provide member names or addresses to other companies.


Q. Does the site protect the membership information I provide? A. Yes. We use the latest encryption technology to fully protect your privacy and any information you provide when ordering wine online, including credit card number, name and address, and any personal data. We collect only the information you choose to provide, and we never make that information available to any third parties interested in contacting you without your consent. Any information you share with us will be used solely to service your membership.


Q. Is there a cutoff time for Same Day Delivery? A. Yes. We are committed to having each and every gift and package arrive in pristine condition and when expected. Our cutoff time for Same Day Delivery is 12:00 EST. All orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be delivered the following business day.


Q. Do you offer Weekend delivery service? A. Yes. Weekend delivery service is available for an additional charge of $5.00.

CLUB MEMBERSHIPS

As part of the Wine Services available to you, you will have the opportunity to join the wine club that we market and service (the "Club Membership," "Membership" or "Club") by following the instructions on the applicable Site or promotional communication. When you join the Anthony D’Or VIP Wine Club, you will receive wine directly to your door on a regular basis, and the credit card or payment method you provide will be billed on a regular recurring basis prior to each shipment until you decide to cancel your participation in the Club. There is no membership fee for the Club, participation is limited to one per household, and all orders are subject to approval. You may change your wine preference, skip a shipment or cancel your participation in the Club at any time without cost or penalty, subject to pending charges for wine already shipped to you. Simply contact our Customer Service Team at customerservice@anthonydor.com.

You acknowledge and agree that Club Memberships are subject to recurring billing whereby the method of payment linked to your Account will be automatically charged prior to each shipment on a recurring basis until you cancel your Membership. You will be notified by email in advance of each regular shipment. We may cancel the Wine Services and/or the Club at any time, in which event you will no longer receive shipments from us, and your credit card will no longer be billed after your last delivery has shipped.

PAYMENT


Your credit or debit card will be charged immediately upon checkout. We will not process orders that attempt to use an incorrect, expired, or over-the-limit credit card. However, in the event such an order is processed, we reserve the right to collect funds for any uncollected transactions owed to us. If you fail to pay any fees or charges when due or if a re-delivery fee or restocking fee is imposed, we may charge such amount directly to the credit card identified in your Account and may suspend or terminate your access to the Wine Services, including your Membership. You shall be responsible and liable for any fees, including attorneys' fees and collection costs, that we may incur in our efforts to collect any unpaid balances from you. Your right to use the Wine Services is subject to limits established by us and/or by your credit card issuer.


BILLING & CANCELLATION


Club Memberships: You acknowledge and agree that Club Memberships are subject to recurring billing whereby the method of payment linked to your Account will be automatically charged on a recurring basis until you cancel your Membership. There is no ongoing commitment to continue your Membership and receive these shipments of wine. You may cancel your Membership at any time by contacting our Customer Service team at customerservice@anthonydor.com. We will promptly stop processing the recurring payments and you will not be charged for any future shipments that have not yet shipped.

Gifts and other orders: You may cancel pending orders or gifts at any time prior to order being filled by contacting our Customer Service Team at customerservice@anthonydor.com. We will promptly cancel your order or gift upon receipt of such a request within the required time-frame, and the amount of any pre-paid, unshipped shipments that are being canceled will be refunded to the credit card or other payment method used in connection with the original purchases.

RETURN POLICY

We only accept returns on products that are spoiled or otherwise unfit for consumption or purchased in error.
